Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs
Standard shipping: €3.49. Free shipping on all orders over €25.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods this may extend by a day or two — we'll keep you posted.

Delivery time
Our products ship directly from our partner warehouses. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after processing. Most orders arrive sooner, but please allow up to 20 business days during peak seasons before reaching out.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to become active.

Multiple items
To get your order to you as fast as possible, items may ship separately from different warehouses. You may receive multiple packages — don't worry, everything is on its way, and you'll receive tracking for each shipment.

Taxes & duties
All prices include applicable VAT. For EU orders, there are no additional customs fees. For UK orders, import charges are rare but may occasionally apply depending on carrier handling.

Delays, lost or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering — after that, we can't guarantee changes before dispatch.
